Return & Exchange Policy

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND DEFECT ITEMS

We try to be as accurate and as reasonable as possible in our descriptions of the products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. If you believe you have received a defective item, email us at info@emmaandkei.com

RETURNS

Our return policy is 14 working days upon receipt. An exchange will only be made for items that are defective / faulty due to manufacturing defect, incorrect size, shipped in the wrong colour, or if an incorrect item was sent to you.  

Kindly email us at  info@emmaandkei.com with your name, shipping address, phone number, order number, reason(s) for return or exchange and a photograph of the item.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 working days of receipt
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Excludes orders made with promotional codes and sales items
  • Merchandise must be purchased directly from us
  • Merchandise must not be sent directly back to manufacturer

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a registered or track-able shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item(s). Once approved, your refund will be processed via a store credit in the form of a unique discount code sent to you. 

 

STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit is provided in the form of a unique code, valid for one time use. 
  • Any purchase amount that exceeds the amount linked to your code, will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due
  • Store credit is provided in SGD and must be used within 6 months of issue date.
